4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes participation in racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials, sub-letting the vehicle, or allowing unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding specified passenger or weight limits, or operating outside designated geographical areas without prior approval is also forbidden.
Violation of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Frome is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
